On the 21st April 2008, BBC News 24 (Freeview channel 80) will change its name to BBC News. To update your electronic programme guide, you may need to retune your box. Some digital boxes and TVs rescan automatically, others need to be manually retuned.
To manually retune you need to press "Menu" on your remote control and follow the on-screen instructions or those printed in your manual. A typical sequence is:
- Press MENU on your remote control
- From the Menu options, select the 'Tuning Menu'
- Select 'Auto Setup' or 'Update' to rescan your digital box or TV (also referred to as 'Update', 'Rescan', 'Replace' or 'Store Channels')
