From Monday 20th August 2007 Channel 4+1 will be replacing Film 4+1. With the introduction of C4+1 please note that the following channel number changes are taking place:
Channel 4+1 appears on channel number 13
More4 moves from channel number 13 to 14
E4 moves from channel number 14 to 29
Film4 moves to from channel number 29 to 32
Film4+1 is no longer broadcast
To get the correct channel numbers you will need to rescan your digital box or TV (see below). If you have any further enquiries on these changes contact Channel 4:

If you are missing any channels or to update your channel numbers you may need to rescan your digital box or TV. Some boxes will do this automatically however others will need to be rescanned manually, so you will only need to follow these simple steps:

Remove the aerial from the equipment and leave unplugged.

Go to the menu and select rescan or retune. It'll take a few minutes, but when it's done, it should say 'no channels found'.

Disconnect the equipment from the mains power supply and leave it un-plugged for 30secs.

Re-connect both the aerial and the mains power supply and switch the equipment back on.

Go to menu again and select rescan or retune. You should now have all the channels available to you.
