Launch of Dave on Freeview.

UKTV has announced the launch of Dave, a new entertainment channel, on Freeview starting Monday 15 October 2007.

Dave features top quiz shows and cult comedies, including QI, Top Gear, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Catherine Tate Show and the new series Totally Viral.

Dave will replace UKTV Bright Ideas currently on channel 19.

If your digital box or TV does not retune automatically then you will need to retune on 15 October.

To manually retune you need to press "Menu" on your remote control and follow the on-screen instructions or those printed in your manual. A typical sequence is:

1. Press MENU on your remote control.
2. From the Menu options, select the 'Tuning Menu'
3. Select 'Auto Setup' or 'Update' to retune your digital box or TV
